The Note Of Truth
(Unless we are truthful in the small things, how are we going to be truthful in the greater)
The inner truth shines out like a ray of sunshine and illuminates the dusty places, the weakness and the unworthy patches in the lives of those who come within its compass.
We do not have to be brutal to one another because of the need for truth.
Truth is spiritually aware than that.
Truth expresses itself by the rejection of anything that is false.
It does not have to voice that rejection.
It can by its own withdrawal, remove itself from the contamination of anything hypocritical, tawdry or false in complete obedience to that inner note.
It need not commit discourtesy in the process, in the conventional sense of the term.

It is inevitable that it will create resentment, in that the light that shines out from this kind of integrity always create discomfort in the atmosphere around it is meant to fix.
The note of truth is no respecter of persons, but it can only come to those who are ready to hear it.
Being ready to hear it entails no psychic or spiritual training, but it does demand inner honesty. A sincere desire to be truthful at all times.
