I don’t believe it is that healthy as such. One might lose weight for sure, but in the long run, one runs the risk of ketoacidosis.
Steven Anthony believes a lot in it, you can read some of his blogs for clarification. I don’t like eating too much fat either. Keto diet is a high protein, high-fat diet. It is better to work on one’s metabolism to lose weight.
